Digital products
Downloaded digital products are generally final sale. If a file is defective, a purchase was duplicated, or the download was not delivered, submit a support request so we can replace the file or review the charge.
Finding a purchase
Use the email entered at Stripe checkout when you contact support. Do not include a full card number or other sensitive payment information.
